Do You Have These Red Spots on Various Parts of Your Body? Should You Worry? What Should You Do? - Often times, different skin marks or stains appear on our skin and we don’t know whether they’re good or bad. Moles for example, are harmless small stains. There are other skin spots, they are reddish and very similar to moles, and are most common in people at the age between 40 and 45; however, they can also appear in adolescents or children.

Sometimes, people think that these red skin spots, commonly known as ruby points, make their skin look bad so a lot of them decide to remove them surgically. It’s important to mention that surgery isn’t the only way to get rid of them.

They are small capillary dilations caused by failures in the vascular system and they usually appear on the arms and chest. They are benign tumors, that is, they’re not carcinogenic, and there is nothing to worry about. The only way why people want to remove them is because they’re an aesthetic issue.
