You will need to mix 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsp of raw honey, and 8 ounces of warm water and stir the mixture well and then drink it. It will regulate your bowel movement and thus, encourage the breaking down of the waste and its easier removal from the body.

Do a prune juice cleansing

This juice is rich in fiber so drink 8 ounces prior to breakfast and then 8 ounces after dinner. Reduce the daily amount as your bowel movements become more regular.

Drink lemon juice

Drink ginger tea

Ginger will warm the body from the inside and speed up the slow digestion and bowel movements. In order to prepare ginger tea you need 2 tsp of grated ginger, ¼ tsp of turmeric, and 5 cups of spring water. Add the two first ingredients to the water and bring the mixture to boil. Once it boils, leave it to simmer for 10 minutes and then remove it from the stove. Add a bit of honey if you want a sweeter taste.

Add more probiotics

Probiotics are healthy bacteria which regulate bad bacteria causing the colon blockage. Although the body has enough probiotics, its amount may lower due to numerous reasons, one being antibiotics. The following foods are rich in probiotics and you should add them to your daily diet: kefir, yogurt, pickles, kombucha, dark chocolate, and sauerkraut.
